Doing business with international customers

Hello,
as some of you might know i have started recently in affiliate business, but i am in the web design business for more than 5 years. I own a small internet firm in my country (Greece - Europe) which is quite successful with small to big size domestic clients. We are thinking about to start serving international clients through our english and german website.

I wanted to ask you what you would expect from a webdesign company (when you doing business over the internet) ?
- Would you assign projects over the net?
- What would you expect for fees for dynamic or static sites (or hourly)?
- What do you consider most important in such a cooperation?

-Depends on your skill level. Market price seems to be a few hundred dollars for a custom layout.
