Where to find this type of content?

I know this has been done before and maybe even over done, but I've always wanted to have a site which consisted of nothing more then free deals, or web specials, coupons for various places, etc... Where would you get content for sites like this? The sites I've seen that have a similar topic have all these deals from around the web. What do these guys do that own these type sites...just search the web up and down every day for different specials and deals or is there some service out there that will more or less do it for you for a fee and you just put the content on your site?

Searching, yes. Also when you join affiliate programs merchants will email you from time to time.

That is one site I found that is along the same lines as what I'm looking to do. If he gets all his content from searching I just can't imagine how much time he puts into it everyday. He normally has anywhere from 5-10 new links to free stuff every day.
