Adwords... whats the difference btw

If you signup on adwords, you can with time become a "premium" adwordsmember, what does that mean? and how much do i have to spend on adwords just become a premium member?

i hear they pay 1/3 of the normal price..

1/3 the price? Don't think so. Well, I've never heard of that myself and it wouldn't really make sense. I believe if you're a heavy AdWords user you may be offered an account manager, and they sometimes make some useful suggestions regarding how to optimize campaigns for maximum return.

edit: Oh, and to get one of those account managers, you'd probably need to spend at least more than $30,000 a month I would think. Not certain though.
