Hypersceptics gather around :-

The story... http://www.sky.com/skynews/article/0,,30000-13447836,00.html

The page... http://www.milliondollarhomepage.com/

Pretty interesting actually, the guy claims to have already made £150k! Now, with my sceptics hat on... I say :-

Apart from the media created interest in the domain, I fail to see why anybody would actually visit it. Its google pagerank is 0. No way would anybody doing a search find it. It is, when all is said and done, just a pretty page of paid-for links.

Kudos to the guy if he is rolling in cash now, but I'd suggest it's a scenario where the reason there is cash to be made is that the press initially blew it all out of proportion, and not because there was lots of cash to be made there at outset! Obviously now they have, people are visiting it..... (and one assumes clicking on the ads) But people are fickle. They'll only do that once...

What do you guys think?

Yep, we are all wishing that we had come up with that. ;)

Goes to show that origianal ideas are still out there....

There are always ideas out there. The way I see things there are billions of dollars to be made out there, hell trillions. Making a few million is no big deal.

Yep, shows how much you can make if you come up with a truely origional idea.

Good on him!
