Works for me on my pc but on my laptop (which uses a different internet provider aswell) it doesn't. Try emailing your domain companys support maybe.

Do these details match what they're supposed to be?

I had a problem something like this. The solution was to turn off a firewall that for some reason was blocking a whole ton of IP addresses.

I get the same as mike. Try sticking an index.htm in that directory? Some groups of IP addresses may be blocked from getting directory listings or something.

Changing hosts could explain why huge chunks of people could either see it or not see it. Until all the nameservers around the world have updated, you cant be sure everyone is being forwarded to the correct hosting.

It was DNS propagation issues.
