Last night I launched a brand new blog: http://www.webpublishingblog.com/

The goal of my blog is simple, help independent website publishers make more money. I pay a lot of attention to other segments of online publishing such as domain name investing, adult, and buyouts. Many of you have full-time jobs and it can be very difficult to keep up with all of these things.

There is no shortage of webmaster blogs about search engine optimization and other individual topics but I can't seem to find any that really focus on helping publishers make more money.

Right now I'm spending 2-3 hours a day keeping up with all these different developments on other forums, blogs, and publications. And no, I won't be putting Adsense on this site :D

Certainly will be making my regular reading list - in fact the first blog I shall read!

Cutter helped me double my Adsense CPM on House Buying Guide. (Andrew - the squares you suggested are doing great!)

Excellent! Thats the first time you've told me r2d2 ;)

Sorry - was going to give it to the end of the month to get a good sample size, but seemed relevant here, so mentioned it. Thanks very much for the advice though!

Heheh, yeah I can do that. My schedule is really tight right now but I should be able to put something together by next week.

I do offer free advice, just PM me.

By the way, do you want the article as a post on the forum? The reason I'm asking is because it would be beneficial to have images to illustrate some of the concepts to good Adsense placement. I can do it without pics, but it may sound a little ambiguous.

By the way, do you want the article as a post on the forum?

I think Chris would mean a proper article on the main site, like the CSS one I did here: http://www.websitepublisher.net/article/text-css/

Actually, I dont have a link at the end of mine - Could you add one please Chris, something like : 'Chris is a web designer, who has developed sites such as House Buying Guide (http://www.housebuyingguide.co.uk/).' cheers.

Yes, a "proper" article, and images are fine.

I can't make any promises when it will be done, but I will definately write an article for you.

Cutter, one comment (if you don't mind) - please link the logo on your blog to the main page :) When I hit stories via the feed, it'd be nice to have an easy way to go to the main page.

Done, Thanks for letting me know Mark!

By the way, I'm working on that Adsense article. It seems I've hit a workaholic streak the last few days :D
