sd ram in ddr?

alright this off topic but w/e. I got a new computer, a celeron(e-machine_ it came with 256ddr ram, Im gonna throw my old comp out, with 128sd ram, will my new computer work properly if I put the old computers 128 sdram in my new computer along with the 256ddr? will it even make a difference?

I very much doubt it would fit - and if it did, it would probably only be able to use one or the other.

More details on the new machine? It probably doesnt have SDRam slots.

i agree its really unusural to have a mix of ram slots. if u wanted more ram i expect the ram you'd be after would be quite cheap, and having the right ram will make a computer happy :)
