Would this be breaking the adsense TOS?

I want toput images above my ads but I can't figure out if it would be breaking the tos; what do you guys think?

I cant see why, unless the images were "click here arrows" or otherwise urged visitors to click the ad.

If your site is to do with books and you have book images stratgically placed on your site but that are above the ad...

I have pictures beside some of my AdSense ads, but they are pictures that are part of the content of the site. You can allways email AdSense and ask them if it is ok.
