I love Google CPM Ads

I love Google CPM ads. They can really raise you revenue. $1 CPM with the kind of fill they offer without needing to be top on the page is great. It seems many of the CPM campaigns are short lived, so eventually they might peter out, but for now I love em. They raise my eCPM by nearly $1.

How do you know when you have them? Are they the ones appearing by themselves?

Ya, those and the big text ones, and many image ones too.

Is this something you can opt into with Google, or something they just automatically serve when they have CPM ads that match your site?

Just noticed I have some on my wedding site; nice :) And I didn't (or don't think I did, anyway!) opt into them, so they must be just automatic?

On my sites AdSense is the best network, both CPC and CPM. Overall thay have some good eCPM rates.

I'm pretty certain that it's automatic. Certain categories will likely get more CPM ads than others, though.
