I wonder if perhaps I'm receiving some sort of new site bonus, its like when I got #1 on MSN for "web templates" I liked it, but I didn't really feel that I deserved it with such a new site.

with paid inclusion?

No. I paid for a directory listing (which has obviously given me a boost) but I didn't pay for search index inclusion or placement.

Excellent. Hope you somehow manage to stay up there :) What's the traffic like?

I'm still #1 on MSN for "dating services". The traffic's still terrible. About 30 uniques a day - if I'm lucky.

Another "kid unpacking the gifts" (http://www.websitepublisher.net/forums/showthread.php?t=3573) moment brought to you by WebsitePublisher.net! :)

Congratulations, Chris!

I have rankings (many number one's) like that on Yahoo too for some pretty popular keywords. And still the same URL's don't rank anywhere within the first 200 results in Google.
