So, I came across this site: http://123promotion.co.uk/ppc/
Basically you can type in keywords and get the overture and wordtracker results (they actually don't look right to me)

Anyways, the Adsense placement has tiny images scraped from Google Images.

There has been a lot of talk about strategic image placement to increase Adsense visability & clickthrough rates over the past few months. These guys have figured a way out to get relevent images with the keywords.

In fact, if you are over 18 type in "nipples" -- a definate Adsense TOS violation.

Should someone report these guys or should I sit back and giggle?

I'd say it's interesting that the Google search would allow such things to show without it being marked as 'adult'; however, Google probably has a disclaimer saying they're not responsible for that kinda stuff.
I'd say it's really your call if you want to a) Tell Google about it, or b) Tell the webmasters to see if they can't impliment some sort of filter.

lol ... not really, unless Christina Aguilera's nipples are "the world's leading experts on PPC" (which was the ad I was served) Hahaha :)

... sit back and laugh in this case. However, I've been really annoyed with people using these image placement techniques over on SitePoint.
