replaced my car's windshield finally

They said they would charge a flat fee of $250, but then when they removed the windshield there was some rust so they charged me an extra $20 to remove the rust and fill the holes.

i hate then there are suprise fees...hehe

Indeed, I'd have threatened that if they didn't add the holes and rust back in and not charge a dime, I'd see that they go to prison for fraud!
