question about pay per view ads for a forum...

I run a local forum that does a couple million page views a month. I'd like to publish ads on the site that pay per thousand views but everytime I submit the site to companies like tribal fusion, fastclick, and so on, they turn me down either saying they dont have ads for the type of forum it is or that they dont put ads on forum based sites.

What are my options as far as advertisers...like what companies are out there that arent so picky. Its a clean site, no porn or anything like that... topics range from cars to clubs and so on.

I'm using google adsense right now but pay per view would end up paying me a lot more with the amount of views I get on the site.

Have you tried casale media?

How do you implement Google Adense on your site? Different implementations work better.

Does Casale do very good on sites where it just has to throw on general-content adverts?
