That's the new question.... what do you eat for breakfast?
Do you prepare it yourself or do you go out or does your significant other prepare it for you?

It seems everyone has heard "breakfast is the most important meal of the day" sometime or another in their life, and that's what got me to thinking what everyone else eats in the morning(or when they wakeup).

Myself, I normally wake up between 9 and 10 and eat Hot Cereal, and sometimes when I`m not feeling to lazy I make 2 eggs (fried, and dry) to eat with the hot cereal.. :)

S*** like you. ;)

In reality, I go to bed at 11:30 PM or 12:00 AM (maybe later if I'm feeling dangerous :P) and wake up at 7:03 7:12 7:20 7:28 and 7:36 AM and either skip breakfast (makes me sick to eat, for some reason) or eat toast.

I usually have cereal. Usually Raisin Bran, Cheerios, or I really like that new Kelloggs Fruit Harvest stuff with the rasberries.

Once every two weeks or so we'll go out for breakfast and I'll have a nice omelet.

I've not had a good omlet in a long time....
Think I'll make one some time.

I wake at six, don't usually eat until 12-ish (unless it's a piece of toast).

I usually get up aroung. 7-8 am. I sometimes get up at 9ish if I worked out that day. I usually eat breakfast around 10am. Usually one of the following:

French Toast
Omelet
Eggs (Over Easy) and Toast
Egg (Omelet Style) Sandwich with toasted bread and ketchup
Grilled Cheese

You guys need to learn how to cook.

I need to change what I have for breakfast really, it's only unhealthy thing I have now, I need to eliminate it, have soya milk cereal instead.

You don't have any snacks then?

I've tried starting to eat a lot healthier as well. Even though I'm thin and don't look like I'm going to put much weight on, the stuff I was eating wasn't making a very good diet. Recently I've started eating pasta, salads etc - which I rarely used to. That along with all my exercise should do fine :)

It's not that I don't know how--which I don't--it's that I'm lazy. And don't know how.

Make yourself unlazy and cook; open the doors for yourself to become unlazy and work more ;)

I like to mix my cereals - just found a 60/40 mix of Cheerios/Crunchy Nut is very good :)

Does this count as 'cooking'? ;)

My snacks are fruit.

A standard day for me would be:

4 Potato waffles with mayo for breakfast
2 oranges and a drink for brunch
a pot of pasta for lunch and a drink
usually a can of lentil soup and 2 pieces of bread with sunflower spread on with a pint of fruit juice for tea.

Although I've started having cheerios with soya milk for breakfast now.

My BMI is 17 :o, I think I need to eat a bit more...

Damn straight, kill those Covenant scum.

A good mix of real foods that shouldn't go well, are ice cream, french fries, and BBQ sauce. Depends on your taste buds, too, I guess.

My BMI is like 23 or something. I need to eat less, but I think the fat weight-muscle weight ratio's making it even out nicely ;)

I'd think my BMI would be around that. I think I need to eat more and do some more weights. At the moment I'm like a long rod :p

Ditto. Computer distracts me from getting lots of food or doing muscle building exercise.

You guys are lucky you HAVE to eat to put on weight. Must be great to be able to suff your face with bad food and not worry about getting fat! :)

I wake up embarrassingly late - about 9am - 10am. Though I tend to "work" until about 2am before going to bed. I don't like eating first thing in the morning, so I kinda have brunch most of the time. Depends what's in the kitchen. Normally an egg sandwich just lately or some fruit.

I'm probably just below average with how much I have to eat vs. how much excercise I have to do to keep skinny. Still have a bit of a gut though, cause I don't get much excercise. I don't mind excercising, it's just that I have bad joints that snap and hurt so I can't really lift weights, my punching bag's broken, and I can't do any running or skipping, or anything of that sort because of Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome.

I`ve weighed the same for the last 5 years. I try to eat healthy, no fast food for me (or rarely!).

Dry oats and strawberry yogurt.

On a weight lifting plan. But it is actually quite tasty and filling.

I get up at about 11am :(.

Dry oats and strawberry yogurt is good but it would take like 5 of those to fill me up in the morning lol... Oats are pricey when you buy them fresh by the lb.
