Horizontal Adsense Links

I just noticed Google has a new format for the Adsense Links
https://www.google.com/adsense/adformats#adlinks
This I think is going to better integrate with some of my site designs than the first version. Pretty neat, eh?

Yeah, I just added some to my site yesterday. I had no success with the other Ad Links before, maybe this will be better.

No sure how these will convert. It is strange - some days the existing AdLinks convert really well other days, nothing

I tried them out yesterday. They seemed to do roughly the same as the other formats.

Where on your page layout did you place them?

At the bottom. I've tried placing other adsense ad formats in the same place and they performed the same.

Its nice to have another choice. I've been running AdSense as a skyscraper, will have to try the new format on a few pages and see how they do.

I put the adsense ads near the image of the item. It makes the site not too dull...

I should follow up on this thread -- my second try at Adlinks using the horizontal format has proved very successful.

I only placed it on the front page of my site -- at the very top. I still have an Adsense banner ad (traditional banner size) on this page.

Adlinks is doing more than double the CPM of the banner.
