Are those keywords the most widely searched ones? Use Overture's keyword search tool to check:

If you want to know what words are popular on Google wordtracker.com is a much better tool. Overture gets skewed for any search engine other than overture.

According to Wordtracker, "weightlifting routines" is somewhat searched for. Other than that, doesn't look like the other search terms will get much traffic.

How do you guys check quickly the ranking for a specific keyword when the site is not in let's say top 20 ? I suppose you don't list the search results manually, do you ? It would be quite time consuming to check the page according a keyword and listing many pages of results where the page actually is displayed....

Any tips?

I just monitor my stats. If I see my site being found under a new keyword I look at the referring URL and see where in the list it is.

No, you probably just hit an outdated Google server, I read somewhere that there are hundreds of servers that power Google and they all do not get updated at the same time.
