I am launching and information based website with integrated forum for member discussions and require a reliable cpanel or directadmin hosting provider. I will need the flexibility to upgrade as the membership grows on my website. I am pretty knowledgeable with Web hosting, vps and dedicated servers so I am looking to really find someone who can provide one of the mentioned at a reasonable price (I can't afford hundreds of dollars or pounds per month) as the website I will be hosting is free to use and membership to the website will be free as well so I will be paying for the hosting out of my own pocket. The website I will be running is about feline nutrition awareness, just so you know what kind of information will be on the website, and as I said above it will have an integrated forum which will require space for storage of information relating to discussions taking place on the forum. The website is not currently operational.
Is Neironvps.com server hosting provider reliable? Where can I read customer reviews about their services?
Alternatives for comparison please?

Please post <<recommendations>> for me to consider.

Have a look at deals from inet.ws and planethoster.com.
I'm very pleased with their services so far, and would gladly recommend them to others. They were also very polite and helpful in answering my pre-sales questions, and I'm happy with the performance-enhancing features that they offer for my sites.

The thing is that I was impressed by Neironvps.com dedicated hosting (https://neironvps.com/dedicated-servers.html) service and decided to tell you guys how professional they are. Support is helpful and very fast to respond, server performance is easily the best I've experienced, and the range of features for the money is nothing short of excellent. Perhaps most importantly, this host seems to really care about your business, is always friendly and easy to communicate with. SSL, backups, and security features included — I feel completely safe.

Decent hosting providers are: hostingsource.com and legionbox.com.
Their servers are speed-optimized, webpages load quickly. They guarantee low latency and high availability for their users by placing their data centers strategically throughout the world.

If your web host has outgrown its shared web host solution, it may be time to move it to virtual web hosting, which is often seen as a low cost alternative to getting your own dedicated server.
