A word of advice on servers...

If you find your CPU or other resources maxing out a lot, move server, don't wait. I've just found out what happens if you don't, the server seemed to have had enough of it's CPU being maxed out and packed in all day, and has only just started having HTTP working, and MySQL and Apache are still having problems. I've just upgraded to a Xeon, hopefully I've learned my lesson.

I host my servers at ThePlanet & ServerMatrix.
They have a couple datacenters now I believe, and support is exceptional!

What you should do first is find out why they're maxing out ;) Then, if it's simply due to a busy site, move. If not, fix the cause because it can always happen again on your new box.
