optimising phpbb

hi, i was wondering if anyone would be nice enough and help me to get phpbb to be more search engine friendly, as in so that my topics can be indexed etc

by help i mean would anyone be nice enough to do it as ive had a go on other boards and i cant do it :(

i cant really pay as im not earning anything from my site (apart from about £1) but in exchange i would be able to link to you from 1 of my PR3 sites (www.fitnessfanatic.info) which is getting some hits and is indexed by google among others

Somewhere I have a simple hack that does it. I'll check it out when I go home and see if I can find it for you. It's pretty simple if I remember correctly and its worked for me.
