Hotel Points

I stayed in a SW partner hotel. I did not book through SW airlines. I would like to get the points for my stay. How do I do this?

Write about it to Southwest support, and they will help you solve your problem. At least when I had some problems with points, I did so, and they helped me. By the way, SW helped me find several hotels in Australia this year that I really liked. I just asked them to find the best hotels near me (https://www.novotelsurfersparadise.com.au) by geolocation, and they helped me with this. I like Australia because there are wonderful people, the climate, and wild animals. Still, it doesn't really bother in the big cities of this country.
