Let me start by welcoming you to the forums, Pagala.
Now for some ideas:

Try to get a few CPM-based banners on there, if you can.

You may want to put the 468x60 ad on the top a little lower, along with Home, etc. to make it look more even.

You should have more links to the TAFMaster form throughout the site.

That Google ad on the right might be more effective as a skyscraper. As then it'll be there when they scroll lower.

Hey P4. With fastclick and casale you can turn a pretty penny with that many page views.. You wont get rich but you will do a few bucks.

Casale and Fastclick both have excellent cpms, those are the two i use on my site. That and im not good enough for tribalfusion :)

firstly....nice site!

I found the conversion on my google ads went up when I made them look more a part of the site, which kind fools the user into thinking they are just clicking on a link to another page on your site rather then an add link.

With your site its hard to read the google ads when there is so much going on to the left of the screen, I find I'm automatically drawn away from the google ads. I would suggest a center placing for your site and like Emancipator said ensuring there is an add visable wherever the user has scrolled down to.

With regards to the picture ads, the positioning of these look spot on to me.....

...having said that I'm a newbee so make sure you check out other replies

good luck,

if you use fastclick banner ads which pay 0.81 cpm shouldnt you be getting
1 500 000 / 1000 = 1500
1500 * 0.83 = $1245
Is that how much he would earn if he put a banner ad from fastlclick?

Yea, if you cut that in half, you should be around the area of what he should make. However, you also much factor in defaults for both Casale & Fastclick. This is where ValueClick and RealTechNetwork fit in well.

Believe me when I say this, your site really sucks, the layout is horrible.

IMHO your site is a bit too flashy. Your layout needs to be improved.

I still dont understand why you would cut it in half

its true, Im helping him, he probably knows it himself, the only way you improve is by knowing what wrong, if you guys are always nice bad looking sites than the host cant really get help can he?

Yeah, but that's not constructive criticism. You're not giving him any examples of things to change.

I am reminded of the old investment saying "Don't take financial advice from someone who's net worth is less than yours." Anyone with that kind of traffic is obviously doing something right.

Just look at freearcade.com. It even uses a java applet navigation!

I'm still confused on one thing why you would cut the pay in half
