I produced a video for work, they want me to attach it to a web page. what
compression should I use for the web? What is the best
way to attach the movie and get the best quality? Do I
import it to flash or maybe have a link to a .mov or
.avi file on the server. Any suggestions would be
great. I used final cut to produce the movie. Take
care. fisher

I'd say allow multiple methods for it to be viewed.
"Flash" "Quicktime" "Windows Media Player" about all you need.

If you have the newflash mx 2004, I would recommend using the media component and exporting it as an .flv file, the flv file is a new extension which is compressed, allows streaming and plays smoothly.

Thanks for the input! I will have 2004 by next week I hope however, I added the extension to final cut and I am exporting a flash file as we speak on my mac. I will see how that looks.
