Has leather interior, electrical everything, CD stacker, stock sound system isn't too bad also.

It's a Toyota Soarer -- the same as a Lexus Soarer.

I have never heard of a lexus Soarer... In the United States Lexus all have numbers and letters like EC300 or RX200.

Rent in Australia has risen since I lived there - I think my mum pays about $200 odd for a two-bed, two-level townhouse in Brisbane now.

It is about two roads back from the beach front. Just finished complex. Property has boomed around here and is still going up.

Bit like the UK then... Hopefully it will go into recession which 'peaks' when I can afford to buy as much as possible and make millions when the market rises up again.

$290 a week is not bad at all. I think it is funny that you pay by the week. in the US its by the month.
