Good luck with your goal Mark. I'm doing just the opposite this year and trying to produce only 6-10 sites. I probably built around 40-50 last year (clients + my own).

Actually I'm doing the same as Chrispian. I'm trying to make very large sites, but only a few of them. Last year I made far too many small ones.

The sad thing is, counting client sites, I'll probably end up making 60-70... I have 2 private clients presently, and 3-4 commercial clients through work. Good thing I've already done two sites, so I have a week or so to rest at home :)

(And, I should mention, I'm writing some tools/scripts to make these sites more easily, that I may be sharing later on in the year... ooooh, how exciting :rolleyes: )
