What do u look for in a affiliate program ?

The fact that they pay is probally the most important. What else ? :D

Commission, integration tools, brand strength.

Their abilty to close the sale. It does you no good to sent them 1000 clicks and not get a sale. Then again you need to know your visitors and what they will buy. You will most likely not sell many woppie cushions on your wine and cheese site.
