I've found thsi thread, discusing Dell coupon affiliate programs:

Befree.com redirects to www.cj.com now, is the cj.com the same thing like befree.com, or are they owned by the same company?

I didn't see Dell's coupons, when I browsed the CJ's affiliate programs either.

Am I missing something?

Only Dell Business is through BeFree.

BeFree's parent company, ValueClick, bought CJ and decided to use the CJ name since it was more popular, so they have been slowly merging Befree into CJ.

Yeah, you can't use it via CJ, you have to use it with BeFree. The two aren't fully integrated.

Also, depending on where you live, you may not be able to use it at all. They only accept US addresses. However, Dell Home seem to take just about anyone.
