I have just redone my business site (http://www.consultbiggs.com) and now have both a flash and non-flash version. I have a sniffer that checks for flash and directs users accordingly, is this going to cause me any significant problems with the search engines?

The best way to do this is to load a normal html site by default, and then, if flash is detected, open up a new window to display the flash site. That way you're not only giving search engines what they want, but people who flash also have the option of viewing the html only site if they prefer (simply by closing the window).
