Well as some of you know I forked over $145.00 for Chris to use my referral id when he signed up with casalemedia. As promised I am back to let you know how my first month went.

I made about $1.00-$3.00 more then I did last month :)

I have 3 referrers. One is a friend with a site that is not big by any means. The other one is a hosting company with a pile of sites, and the 3rd is Chris's

Told you I would come back in 30days and give you a report, so here it is. In 30 more days I will give you yet another report.

Hopefully by then Chris and my referrers will have even more casalemedia ads on their site and I can make a few bucks.

Cheers

Thanks for the update, I'd be interested in seeing how much you are on in 6 months time ;) I'm sure it will be more than $3 ahead.

lol.. thanks andy, and im with Paul. I am sure that the people using my referral id are much like me, tinkering with their ad layouts. My one refferrer is a webhost with many sites so I am sure once he is setup I will make a few more dollars from referrals.

I'll bet it will pay of for you in the long run. Even if it doesn't, for the amount you paid it was definitely worth the gamble. I was really wishing I had a Casale account so I could bid!

yeah i dont see it at all as a loss... not yet anyways :) Ask me in 6months. It takes me a few months just to settle on my ad layouts, much less get them on the site.

I'm waiting for Chris to decide he wants to join Azoogle. I'll jump on that one so fast it'll make your head spin! :)

I better build up some traffic and auction off my casale media referral. Speaking of referrals i signed up under chris for searchfeed but havent really focused on making any revenue from it at this point.

i will pay you for it, if you have some decent traffic. I woold consider it an investment.. lol. I used john west for my azooglecpa account since he was a cool guy and was helping me with some server issues.

But i cant lie, I have not got a single one of the ads on my site yet :P

If Chris is gonna join azoogle CPA I might bid up to $500... The education provider offer could make tens of thousands a month on his literature site...

I have 63 referalls total, 7 new last month... and I made $2 less than the previous month.

Perhaps it was an overall slow month?

how profitable are these referalls?

Westech

Azoogle gives 2% of whatever the person you referred makes. I think Casale does 5%, but I'm not sure. How profitable they are depends on how much the person you refer earns.

Why do you think I'd be so good with Azoogle?

Affiliate Fuel recruited me, their CPA programs did diddly.

Bang on. So far for October and November off of my 3 referrals, Chris, and 2 of my buddies I have made $5.19

Well judging by my revenue your friends aren't making anything.

lol... i have no idea.. it would be nice to see who it comes from. But hey its a referral id can not expect magic. The one referrer is a hosting company. he has about 20 websites.

I got a sneaking suspicion im not the only one that takes my sweet time getting new ad campaigns up. Which is why i gave Westech my referral for free... lol.... I bet it will be months before i finally get that program on my site.

As promised here is my quick monthly followup. Month of november I made $6.00 off my 3 referrers. Better then the $3.00 the month before, so thats a 50% improvement. Folks using my ID are adding ads :)

Westech was nice enough to use my id so we will see if it climbs any. I am doing a network of links to him since if he makes money i make money :) Looking forward to seeing if i can make a few more bucks off it.. lol.

That's probably one of the most interesting things I'v seen in a long time. Get a bunch of people to sign up under you and promote the crap out of their sites for them ;)

I dig it.

yeah why not :) they make money, you make money.. work as a team in a network is what I figure.

That is, if you would gain more profit by doing that, than just having the ads on your website, and not linking to them--but I guess it's not too bad to link to a referral's site from a site of yours that is on topic--especially if they return the favor. Probably best to have referrals who you're already in link exchanges with.

The key thing here is to team up with people you know and trust, and share some traffic. I dont pick sites that are the same topic, just something of similar interest. That way you are not robbing from yourself. IE, they come to you, head to your friends, and enjoy all the sites.

No idea if its going to work or not, but im going to give it a try... very least you should see a bit more traffic.

Westech

Exactly. I traded links between my flash games site and Eman's game news and reviews site because they complement each other but do not directly compete. My goal for the trade was mainly to share traffic between our two sites - my visitors can get gaming news from him, and his visitors can play games on my site. Localrank for the "games" keyword (if localrank even exists) is just an added bonus.
