Help with advertising e-commerce site

1) I currently am the head of advertising for a company that sells massive multiplayer online game currancy. It's E-Commerce site, obviously, The problem is people use to only see us on ebay. Our ebay listing's got delisted because what my boss's are doing is grey area or illegal. Still everyone is selling it, there is a 1.5 million dollar market and we are getting like none of it. I can't advertise on other gamer sites cause they pretty much don't want to run the risk of game company pulling there free info to these sites. I've been trying to promote the name in forums using sig's so its not spam. Whats a better way to advertise (where 5th on the search engine list, the other 4 belong to the same company)

I would look seriously in to Froogle, Shopping.com, and a few of the other online shopping sites. After that, advertise with Adwords & Overture; possibly even start a campaign on GameSpy/IGN; since that is your target audience. But I would assume that GameSpy/IGN would be very expensive, since they have a stronghold on the online gaming aspect for the Internet.
