I actually didn't notice any changes. I've only just been able to log back in.

Oh, thats weird, I couldnt log in all evening, then it took ages and gave me this new T&C page that I had to accept before continuing...

It's really just the acceptance which kept giving me an error that was the problem for me.

They increased the minimum pay and that's about all I could see that's different besides very minute things.

Oh and now it's doing it again--I think you just need to keep trying until you break through ;)

Thats odd, it logged me on without any T&C confirmation page!

Updated Terms and Conditions

As a result of publisher feedback, we will not be paying out all accounts at the end of the year. We'll continue to pay publishers on a regular schedule, and will send payments to qualifying publishers with earnings balances over $100. In addition, cancelled accounts will only be paid out if their account has earned a minimum of $10. Please take the time to read the updated Google AdSense Terms & Conditions thoroughly the next time you log in.

Aww and I was hoping on earning less than $100.00 this year ;)

I think I'll actually start making good profit with this program--especially seeing the last click's price that I got :D

Not much difference unless your only site is on your pet cat and you don't make $100 a year on it. AdSense is still the best text-based ad network that I know of.
