Hi, can anybody help me. I am wanting to design a new website that is partly a business, but has sections for people to tune up on there ICT skills.
I am hoping for a members area, and some other things that i haven't planned yet.

So what my question is, is can anyone tell me the programming languages i ned to learn, and the best way to learn them. This is going to be a masive project so i do not mind it taking up most of my time.

Also can anybody recommend some good programs for graphics, i have PSP 8 and Adobe Photo Shop (i cant remember what version but i know its the latest). I also have M$ office XP profesional to create my documents, so could anyone suggest a office program better. I have tried StarOffice but for some reason it crashes my computer. Thanks

PS. Can you get custom pics on this site, and if so where do you upload them?

You can upload a custom avatar in your control panel.

Photoshop is the best graphics program out there so if you have it you're set.

You need to learn some scripting language and some database. The most popular for independent people is PHP and MySql.

I'm currently learning PHP and MySQL...

I'm hoping to use it in a database driven music video site.
