Try searching for Netgear on dabs or something. They're good value for money and I've never had any problems with mine. Hubs are cheap these days cause loads of people use switches instead.

You should be able to get one for £45 without a problem. If not, try e-bay. My brother just bought a 16 port one for a very small amount (can't remember exactly how much)

Has anyone got a Centrino laptop working with a Netgear Access Point?

Just got cable broadband installed at home and am finding it imposable to connect to the Netgear ME102 AP with XP Pro using the USB adapter (MA101) or the built in Centrino Intel(R) Pro/Wireless LAN 2100 adapter.

b.t.w the connections working fine using the USB adapter from my old laptop.

thanks for any help :)
