I am facing fluctuation issues with respect to my website ranking. Even though all the basic requisites like on-page, webmaster and crawl status is proper. Kindly comment on a possible solution to resolve this issue.

You mentioned about on page and webmaster and crawl status. What about Off-Page SEO??????????
On-page or Off-page only won't work. You have to do both in order to get the desired results.

I do both in a proper way but I can't get the result which I desire to achieve.
