Does anybody know where I could find some good decent paying tower ads for my site. One major set back is im only 17 so I can't sign up with adsense yet, which is basically what I designed the site to run. Any suggestions?

Sign up to adsense, I don't think they ask your age :)

There are a few webmasters here using adsense that are under 18. As Mike says, it shouldn't be a problem.

I signed up and got accepted but when I go to log into my account and type in my ssn and b-day like they ask, it says "invalid b-day, must be on or before 9/30/1986".

That's because the terms and conditions say "You represent that You are at least 18 years of age" right up near the top.

Yea, so is there any other good companies that offer decent tower ads that I could use for the seven months I have left until im 18?

Hmm. Must be an american thing. Unless they've changed the rules.

Yea, I knew towers were skyscrapers, not sure why I put towers actually.

How long ago did you sign up? Maybe they changed the rules after you were in and you got grandfathered in. I really hope I can get in thought because I wanted to run adsense ads.

Well I assume, then, that the rules changed.

Sign up with your parent(s) or legal guardian(s) name.

Yea, im gonna have to resort to my mom bailing me out again. She is about the only one who supports me building websites. (I used her credit card to get the domain names and my hosts) The only problem is they ask for your SSN and she isn't going to want to give it.

Ohhh dang, that's not too fun for you.

Because you probably can't use yours for this.

Of course, you could always lie, couldn't you?

You could also move to Canada, or some place other than the US.

you (or your mom) can apply for a taxpayer id number if you want. Its for people in business that dont want to give their SS# out. Check the SS website. Takes about 10 mins to get on an 800 number

I think she might actually let me use her along with her SSN so it might be all good.
