If you are good enough to write a wordpress site, uou dont need a photo gallery plugin you should be able to write that too, same goes for a seo plugin , social networking apis and i dont know what your myql is like but even at basic levels you should be able to write that.... I would avoid this cluste of plugins unless you really cant write them
