Chatroom for my E-Commerce website!

Have a very good day. I need your help here. Recently I built a new E-Commerce website. Now I would like to install chatroom on it. I don't have better knowledge which chatroom is better and will be much reliable. Actually, I would like to chat with lots of people at a time. Even I would like to ban users, send them the private message, redesign my personal chatroom. I am ready to pay monthly or years if need. Please let me know something reliable. I would like to try.

I found a chatroom while surfing through the internet. Though there is a big list of chat websites. Those are offer different packegs. But finally I choose to use ChatWing for my e-commerce website. Here are some positive activity why I decide to use ChatWing chat app finally.

1) Chatwing easy to use.
2) Social media accounts are allowed to register onto ChatWing.
3) Lots of users can chat at a time.
4) Sending private message to users, ban users, redesign chatroom as you like.

For the above positive activity I finally decided to user ChatWing chat app. :)
