It doesn't look right in higher resolutions.

I am also not very fond of your menu.

It uses frames. Ewww.

Why use images for the title when the fonts you've used in it are ones everyone has?

Why use dreamweaver menus when they don't fit in with the design?

The only good thing about it is it's content, and content is only king if google can find it!

The main content is loading as source code for me...

The "next update in 36 days" will surely put people off visisting again. OK if this was in say 12 hours, then it is worth checking back, but 36 days - most people woul forget to visit even if they had bookmared the site. I would get rid of this script.

I hate the design, but my non-webmaster friend loved it. Strange.

Sure. Can't you get MSN Messenger?

Sees flash.

Sees frames.

Sees that the page in the frame just shows it's own source code.

Well, I guess its back to the drawing board for the design.

Use this site for inspiration. http://cssvault.com/2004/02/index.php

Stay away from dreamweaver and heavy graphic use.
