Now that I have ADSL I can more frequently.

Download a dump of the mySQL databases and download all the files. Zip them all and date it and burn a copy.

Weekly it would be.

I backup my DBs for the servers, thats about it. Everything else is already backed up locally. I keep all of my sites in directory structure so I just drag the main folder to a CD and burn it. I don't really have a set time frame I backup my DBs, but I try to do it at least a couple of times a month.

There's only a couple of sites it would really effect me on if something where to happen and I hadn't backed up in a while. The rest I wouldn't really notice.

I set up my server to perform daily backups at around 4 AM.

Yeh, I'm similar to Elliot. I set it to perform backups every week though.

I do manual backups every now and then, but rely mainly on my hosts backup (have reseller hosting rather than a dedicated server).

I might buy 10gb backup, because when I transferred between two servers in the same datacenter 100mb transferred in less than a minute...

Daily whole-server backup (not including the OS files) to a second HD.

Depends on how valuable your content is. If you run a busy, important forum, backup your DB every day.
