I've registered:

NS1.INCKAHOSTING.COM
67.19.162.98

NS2.INCKAHOSTING.COM
67.19.162.98

Is that OK or will I have problems?

You'll have problems. You shouldn't even be able to set up two nameservers on the one IP on your server (at least you can't with WHM).

Well WHM let me...

How can I change it? It doesn't seem to want to let me.

You can set up two nameservers for the same IP, but they have to be different domains. This is known as "virtual" nameservers. I don't use WHM so I don't know how WHM works specifically.

What you have above will not work.

What can work is something like this (for example):

NS1.INCKAHOSTING.COM
67.19.162.98

NS2.INCKAHOSTING.COM
67.19.162.99

and

NS1.OTHERDOMAIN.COM
67.19.162.98

NS2.OTHERDOMAIN.COM
67.19.162.99

NS1 & NS3 I've got now.

I just hope my sites come back online soon...

NS1.INCKAHOSTING.COM
67.19.162.98
NS2.INCKAHOSTING.COM
67.19.162.98

If you point them to the same IP they will work.

67.19.162.98
67.19.162.99 (<- this IP pointing to the same box as 67.19.162.98)

One more thing, when you change the DNS or re-register your nameservers it will take 24-72hrs to propagate.

My sites have been down almost a week.

Have your NS servers registered & propogated?

The host did something they called 'A Records' then they worked instantly... I wish I knew to do this before...
