PR means Pagerank, it can be used to measure the quality a website by calculating different scenarios. It can measured 0 to 10. The quality calculated based on the no.of quality backlinks, internal links, content and more. But present Google not using this method to analyse the website.

SERP means search engine result page. If anyone search in search engines by using keyword, search engine shows the no. of related websites as a result. That particular result pages are called SERP.

PR or page rank is the measure of the popularity of your webpage in search engines. It was measured by Google and your webpage was ranked between 0-10 depending on the popularity. It is of no value today as Google has stopped updating their page rank algorithm.

A search engine results page (SERP) is the page displayed by a search engine in response to a query by a searcher. The main component of the SERP is the listing of results that are returned by the search engine in response to a keyword query.

PageRank is a numeric value that represents how important a page is on the web. Let’s call it Google’s rating or grade for your web page (0 = lowest, 10 = highest).
SERP means Search Engine Ranking Page. This is what you look at multiple times a day. It’s the (first) page of results Google gives you when you are searching for a keyword or a keyword combination.
