I don't see why not. I run them on my casinos site, but not on my poker site. The only problem you may face is since they don't really allow any type of gambling ads, you might find limits in advertising.

I just ran my site through DigitalPoint's sandbox, and it seems to be alot of poker suppliers (tables, chips, cards) etc. Not sure they'll be much online poker advertising.

Actually, this is on their Guideline's page:

Things You Can't Do

You can't (and agree not to) do any of the following:

<snip>

Display a Google Brand Feature on any Web site that contains or displays adult content, promotes gambling, involves the sale of tobacco or alcohol to persons under twenty-one years of age, or otherwise violates applicable law;

Yep sounds like a violation to me.

Not if the site is a poker site that does not promote gambling. Some people play for fun, therfor would not be gambling. A site which had information about poker, would not be classified in this section.

Proboally any casino site would also be good as long as you provide a privacy policy where you say that "this site is only for a good resource to find online casinos to use play money". Something like that would be ok I think. Might want to contact adsense support first.

Doesn't that paragraph from googles TOS effectivly say promoting gambling is against that law.
