Google Listing Japanese Sites

I used to rank well in Google for the term "skateboarding for beginners", but now the SERPs are flooded with Japanese sites selling some video.

Is this grounds for a complaint? Should those results be showing up in an english search, or should they be restricted to http://www.google.co.jp/ ?

Yes... but Google.com is not an english search unless you tell it to. If you click this:

Google has been returning some strange results. In a few weeks it will all work out, I hope :)
