Only tribal fusion is gonna get you that rate.
On leaderboards azoogle will get you about $0.55 and fastclick about $0.65. You can get yourself the best CPM by combining the two, having only fastclick campaigns above $0.55 on, then defaulting to azoogle which fills all of your inventory.

if tribal fusion is so good how come your not with them, because if you can get accepted with fastclick than tribal fusion should be no problem.

Chris, do you not care if we post referral numbers in our posts? I've seen Incka do it a few times, although he doesn't a referral link. Most forums don't allow that.

TF is a lot more picky about who they accept than FC are historically.

Tribal Fusion are the pickest ad network.
I'm using my numbers instead of text so its there option if they should use them or not, not forcing them to buying using links.

TF do have rates as high as that, as well as rates higher and lower than that.
Check out their advertiser rate card and do the math : http://www.tribalfusion.com/SmartAdvertisers/rates.html

Those are the prices for advertisers, not the amounts that Publishers will earn, I think.

how much will they earn?

Correct, but TF publicise how much of the revenue they share with the publisher (55%) - so like I said -- you do the math :)

Google fill one in for you I think, Tribal Fusion are not as nice. It's a thing to show the IRS not to tax your earnings.

Inca,
I see you are aiming for 1,000,000 FastClick ads in October.
These are 1,000 CPM and if you are getting $0.55 per CPM, then you are aiming for $550 from FastClick in October.
You have mentioned several times that your biggest paycheck comes from FastClick and at the same time you claim that you have over $3000 in profit.
Am I missing something?

I use fastclick and they have a variety of sizes. I get quality traffic, and Tribalfusion had zero interest in my site, but fastclick was no problem.
