What is Google cache ?

Google Cache is nothing but a snapshot or a copy of a page stored by Google as a back-up. Google usually takes a snapshot of each page it examines and caches or stores that version as a back-up. The cached version is what Google uses to judge if a page is a good match for our query. Google’s servers are typically much faster than many web servers, we can often access a page’s cached version faster than the page itself.

Basically every result of our search includes a Cached link. Clicking on that link takes you to the Google cached version of that particular web page, instead of taking you to the current version of the page.

This is useful if the original page is unavailable because of any of the following reason:

* Internet congestion
* A down, overloaded, or just slow website
* The owner’s recently removing the page from the Web

Google cache is a certificate that Google provides to webpages that are successfully crawled by their robots. These webpages are now ready for indexing in Google.

Google Cache is referred as the copies of the web pages that are cached by Google. Google crawls the web and takes snapshots of each page that is used as a backup in case the current web page is not available. If one needs to check whether the web page is cache or not by Google, then one can do it by searching the URL of the web page in Google search and the green URL that is displayed in the search click on the right below arrow at the end. It will show Cached. Then click on cached it will display
It is a snapshot of the page as it appeared on Date Time.
The current page could have changed in the meantime.
