Adwords Campaign

I am about to go through my first Adwords campaign. I am playing with Google's clicks/costs estimation tool (the one during the sign-up process). I was wondering how accurate it is? Any experience?

In my experience, not that accurate. I don't pay much attention to it and just wait and see.
