Visit refers to number of time the user visit the page. Session refers to active user in a particular page.

Visits in google analytic are the total number of visitors to a website. Sessions are the total time that a visitor stays on your webpage.

When a user comes on a website it is a 1 visit and 1 session after 30 minutes a user still on the same website can starts 2nd session with same visit.

Session and visit are two different things. When user click on a web page or website then it is called as visit and a session is a group of interactions that take place on your website within a given time.

The visitor visit any site that process is known as visit and time duration on how many times stay o the site called session.

Session and visit are two different things. When a user clicks on a web page or website then it is called as visit and the time duration which the user stay, called a session.

visits is the number of persons visited at that instance and the sessions is number of persons stay at your page when you check at any instance
