Hi!

I have an aws book shop where I use google adsense. I am happy with amazon but rather dissapointed with adsense.

In want to expand my store and want to know if adsense works better with other categories than books?

e.g.:
"aws books + adsense" compared to "aws electronics + adsense"

does it perform the same?
slightly better?
much better?

what's your experience?

I am considering to drop adsense altogether for my aws store...

I had it on a book site and it did fairly well. It was a very niche topic though.

Yeah

Adsense works better on different industry specific sites than others.

Adsense is the best.

I removed Adsense from my aws book shop because it didn't work as expected.

Yep, adsense is the best.
Are you saying that AWS commissions perform better for you?

I get about 30,000 page views a month on my dvd aws site, should I add adsense or not?

I guess that depends on how many sales you get.

I would expect that adsense may divert some people who may have bought from you. The additional revenue from people clicking on the ads may make up for it.

If you test it out it would be interesting to see how the 2 figures compare
