for some reason i got something like 45% click through one day. I think that it is because some1 is trying to stuff me up. When google sees this will they just delete the earnings of that or all the earnings?

How much traffic are you getting? If you're getting an extremely low level of traffic, then obviously your stats will be more likely to spike like this.

However, if your stats have been pretty consistent, then I would email google and let them know about what happened. I think you're unlikely to be banned if you mail them about it and even say to them that you're happy if they wish to cancel all earnings for that particular day.
