Why?Help please

I've put ads in my site,but they just doesn't show up.
What's wrong?Did any one of you have similar experience with me?

486*60 banner,adhearus ads.
They just show up once when I put them in my site,but no more from then on.
Adhearus emailed me to ask me why I added my site to their affiliate program but didn't put their ads in my site.But the fact is that I did.
Could you help me out?Thank you!

Eh,no.It's on the "soccer desktop" and "soccer music" page,
both with a 486*60 banner and a popup.But the banner never shows up.
You might right click the page,and see what's wrong.
