RankWhere: Incorrect results?

I see websites and people on message boards always recommending RankWhere to see where you rank for keywords. Yet when I search for certain keywords where I know I'm ranked within x number of results, it tells me I don't rank.

Is it just bad luck on my part or does the site actually not work well?

Never used it myself... I just use the one from digitalpoint.com
